Each Mementique rug is personalized and made to order. For that reason, we can accept returns only for manufacturing defects or damage in transit. Covered: manufacturing/print defects, wrong item/size, or shipping damage. Not covered: change of mind; unsuitable images (low-resolution, dark, heavily filtered); colour differences between screen and print; cropping/positioning that matches the selected size or approved proof. Report window: within 7 days of delivery. How to report: info@mementique.com with your order # and clear photos (outer box, label, full rug, and close-ups of the issue). Resolution: we’ll remake the item at no cost or refund you in full—your choice. If we request a return, we’ll provide a prepaid label. Unapproved returns are not accepted. Note: Minor colour variance (±10%) and crop tolerance (2–3 mm) are normal in textile printing..
Shipping
Processing time: made to order in 3–5 business days. Delivery estimates: Canada 2–5 business days; USA 3–7; International 7–14. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Free shipping: orders over $199 (before tax, after discounts) to eligible Canada/US addresses. Other orders show real-time rates at checkout. Duties & taxes: International orders may be subject to local duties/taxes upon delivery. Address issues: Parcels returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped at the buyer’s cost. Cancellations/changes: We start production quickly; once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
